This is a four day course with a City & Guilds (NPTC) assessment on the fifth day. During the week you will be taught to a high standard of small tree felling techniques.
At the end of the course you will take an assessment, which will be assessed by an NPTC assessor. CS31 consists of four parts; straight fell, forward/backward leaning trees, cross cut, and hung up trees. When you are competent in all parts of the assessment you will receive a certificate of competence from NPTC for CS31.
